1. Creating Client Profiles

With DiggDawg you can create and manage individual profiles for all of your clients & dogs which allows you to store all of the vital information you will ever need.

From storing a clients information to creating invoice PDF’s DiggDawg will help ease the burden of managing a large volume of clients.

2. Groups & Relationships

In part II we look at the next step in building your account by creating groups which are a collection of dogs that you can reuse to map to your calendar. We also cover relationships between dogs that flag on your walks and groups.

3. Calendar events

In part III we start to build our calendar by looking at two event types ‘groups’ and ‘Single walks’. Previously we created groups can be mapped straight to your calendar and provide an in-depth overview of everything you will need to know about a walk from important information like who has paid or the ability to amend information about the walk such as date and time.

Single walks are built specifically for adhoc walks you might do that require you to be able to define when and who you might walk.

4. Calendar Events II

In this video we look at the additional calendar event options you have with the DiggDawg app. We look at boarding events as well as the custom event builder which allows you to define your own events.

5. Invoicing

Once you have built your account you will be able to generate PDF invoices which automatically build based on a date range of your selection for a dogs event history.

6. Whos Paid

A week by week breakdown of all of your events allows you to keep tabs on the payment status of all clients and more efficiently manage your business.

8. Dashboard

In the final base video of this tutorial series we take a look at what a complete working diary is and what you can expect once you’ve finished building your account.

9. Direct Debits

See how you can better manage the books by adding direct debits via the calendar.

10. Client holidays

Client holidays allow you to exclude a dog from events without the need of manually removing them from individual events. This reflects throughout the app including your income.
