So whats the deal?

DiggDawg isn't even a year old yet and in its short life span it has been constantly evolving with new features most of which was user feedback. In a six month span we've seen big feature additions like PDF invoicing being added to try and make DiggDawg the go to app for dog walkers and dog care professionals.

I feel like the app is now at the stage where I am comfortable with what it has out of the box for users - an mvp if you will. My plan is to let the app suit for a little while whilst I work on getting it out there to the wider dog walking community however the app will continue to evolve and I have much more planned in the near future.

Quit stalling, whats the plan?

I'm absolutely delighted to announce that I plan to reduce the monthly cost of the app from £7.99 to £5.99. Everything else in the world is going up at the moment as us dog walkers know very well with fuel prices being so bloody high - sad times. I've always had the mindset of people over profit and feel that the price reduction represents good value for money in general as a tool and as a comparison to other solutions out there.

I also want to thank my user base with this price reduction as you have used the app in its infancy and contributed greatly by suggestion feature changes. So in summary thank you to everyone who has subscribed to the app you are superstars 😄😄😄

Why is the price being reduced?

Prior to the app launching I had a group of testers who used the beta and off the back of this I asked them for feedback on various issues about the app one being what they would be willing to pay monthly. I took all the suggestions and came to the conclusion of charging £7.99 per month. The app has now been live for around eight months and looking at the overheads for hosting the application as well as considering every other cost going up I decided to reduce the cost.

Most users who have committed to the app will agree £7.99 per month is more than a reasonable cost for the benefits it brings to running their business so hopefully you will find the price reduction a welcomed bonus.

How long will the subscription remain reduced?

My hopes are for the foreseeable future but I need to take into account the running costs as the user base grows and functionality expands.

When does the reduction start?

As of the 1st August 2022 the monthly subscription cost will be £5.99 per month. if you have any questions regarding this reduction please reach out.

No you won't have to do a thing your subscription reduction will automatically be applied.
